My stay at the Sheraton Desert Oasis was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, featuring a nice kitchen and laundry, which I found very convenient. The only downside was the lack of a full-service restaurant on-site. However, the pool area was lovely and the snack bar offered great food options like the chicken nachos. 🌴✨

5.4/10

My stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas was enjoyable overall, with a few minor drawbacks. I loved the spaciousness of the king bed unit and the beautiful pool, but the lack of some kitchen supplies was a bit disappointing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location made it easy to explore the area. 🌴🏊‍♂️

The larger king bed unit was spacious and clean, featuring a lovely bathroom and two gas fireplaces. Though lacking some kitchen supplies, it was comfortable and well-equipped for cooking meals.

5.0/10

My stay at the Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, the service left much to be desired. The location is convenient for exploring Scottsdale, but the overall atmosphere didn't feel like the oasis I expected. 😕

Rooms
5.0
The villa was clean and furnished in a way that would remind my grandmother of home, but it felt dated and didn't quite meet my expectations for a resort.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly, but the check-in process felt a bit disorganized, especially with late checkout requests being handled with reluctance.
Location

Conveniently located near the 101 highway, making it easy to access Scottsdale attractions. The surrounding area is nice, but the hotel itself did not have the resort vibe I hoped for.
Dining
5.0
It would have been great to have a self-service coffee bar or grab-and-go breakfast items available, as these were noticeably absent during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were decent, but the hot tub was out of order and the pools weren't as inviting as I had hoped, which was disappointing since that was a big draw for me.

My stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas was mostly good, with a beautiful location and amazing staff. However, I did encounter some issues with room placement and amenities that could use improvement. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I would certainly return in the future.

Rooms

I stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The setup was convenient with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. However, the noise from the air conditioning and the light from outside compromised my sleep a bit.
Service

The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. Matthew at the front desk went above and beyond to change my room when I expressed disappointment about my view. Pool service was excellent, especially from Harvey, who provided attentive service during my stay.
Location

The resort is centrally located, perfect for shopping and dining. It felt like an oasis amid the bustling city of Scottsdale. I really enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds adorned with native plants.
Dining

Dining options at the pool grill were decent, with their burgers being a standout. However, I found the breakfast offerings lacking and the overall price of drinks at the pool too high compared to other places I visited.
Facilities

The pool area was lovely and spacious, though the hot tub was out of order during my visit. I noticed that the pool water was not as warm as I had hoped, which was disappointing since it was a big reason for my choice of this resort.

I enjoyed my week-long stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, Scottsdale, despite a few drawbacks. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Moe at the pool, but the hotel didn't quite meet my expectations for being a resort. The villa was well-stocked for cooking, and the location was convenient for shopping and attractions. However, I did miss having breakfast options available on-site. Overall, I would give it a solid rating, though I might consider other resorts for a more resort-like experience. 🌴🌞

The location was ideal, offering easy access to highways, shopping, and local attractions. I appreciated being close to various restaurants and hiking trails, which made exploring the Scottsdale area very convenient.
Dining

I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast options available on-site. There was no coffee bar or restaurant serving breakfast, which made mornings a bit inconvenient. Having a self-service option would have made a big difference.
Facilities

The pool area was nice and full of activities, but it got crowded quickly. The facilities overall felt more like a condo complex than a resort, which was not what I expected. Despite this, the pool staff did a great job managing the space.
